Yeah things can go wrong!! I’m only human, I can’t control the outside world and it took me some time to accept these things as I wanted the “perfect” sound bath

But now I welcome these things as part of the experience. That wooden mallet hitting the bowl -

That hornet - welcoming it’s buzzing sound as an added nature sound.

Someone walking out of my sound bath - didn’t take it personally as her sister explained she was going through some stuff.

Someone opening the window - welcoming in the fresh air.

Arriving at a venue when it was locked up - shouldn’t have stressed it all got opened up and only 10 mins late no biggie

So yeah you may come to one of my sound baths and it might not all be perfect but that’s what makes it human, that’s life!

Annnnd from one festival to the next!

Eeeek not long now before I head to Happy Place Festival at Tatton Park in Cheshire!

I’ll be hanging out in the Zen Teepee and if looks like my session is sold out!! 🥹 So grateful to everyone who has booked on can’t wait to see you all there 🙏🏻

There are loads of other amazing workshops, talks, stalls and yoga - sounds good right?!

I’m really excited to see Donna Ashworth - anyone else heading there this year or have you been before?!

I’m SO excited as we are heading back the Medicine Festival!!

Ahhh man this festival is SO GOOD - everyone is just so high vibing and it’s set in the most beautiful setting!

Life lately…

When I think about it my life is kinda chic 😜

Forever grateful to have the freedom to have lie ins, beautiful walks, explore ancient stones, partake in rose ceremonies, collect mugwort to dry for herbal tinctures, outdoor soundbaths, visit Egyptian artefacts and hold women through sacred thresholds 🫶🏼 this is the kinda s**t that would have had me burned back in the day!

(Also is it kinda chic to have overgrown unwaxed eyebrows?! asking for friend 🤣)
