Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because thinking about change and actually taking action are two very different things.
It’s easy to tell yourself:
💭 “I’ll start next week.”
💭 “Things are too busy right now.”
💭 “I’ll wait until I feel more motivated.”
But weeks turn into months, and months turn into years.
One of the biggest turning points in any health journey comes when the discomfort of staying the same becomes greater than the discomfort of changing.
Because change can feel uncomfortable.
Trying something new can feel uncomfortable.
Stepping outside your comfort zone can feel uncomfortable.
But so can feeling stuck.
So can lacking confidence.
So can looking back a year from now and wishing you’d started today.
You don’t have to change everything overnight.
You just have to take the first step.
The right time rarely arrives on its own.
