🥰HUGE THANKS to all the local businesses who once again have supported me, some places were closed by the time I got around but will be back out in a few days

I really appreciated those who have taken a poster to display or still had one up from my last promotion, it's really lovely to know I'm supported in the local community and helps me reach out to anyone who wants to take steps to become healthier.

While slimming world may not be everyone's cup of tea, it does work in a sustainable way if you make healthy swaps as does any plan. If you've heard of us but not sure how food optimising works come along and take a listen with no obligation.

So for tea my friend ended up coming so she and my hubby has the pork and beans cassoulet from and I had 3swips worth of &s and the 4.5swip lightly dusted Scottish haddock with mushy peas and some balsamic pickles.

Was yummy! And didn't feel deprived as was still
