Just returned from a heart expanding week of unadulterated human connection, working through layers of ancestral trauma, witnessing and experiencing the sacredness of the work in the beautiful Atlantic rainforest of Cornwall.

Didn’t take many photos and non that can really describe the true experience, but the deep work is often silent and under the radar. You were either there or you weren’t! 🪶

Honoured and excited to continue the journey over the next 7 months with all these amazing humans! 🤎

“And within yourselves. Will you not then see?”

Things have been a little quiet recently, but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. The primal.sauna is starting to plant its roots, and we’re now three weeks into our behind closed doors Primal Pathways programme for men in recovery.

With the turn of the equinox, I’m stepping back slightly to focus on some of my own inner work, beginning next week with a week long immersion in Cornwall with Human Work

Sometimes the answers aren’t somewhere further ahead. Sometimes the invitation is to look within, to notice the patterns, the fear, the resistance, and the parts of ourselves we rush past, and to become more aware of what they’re showing us.

Because if I’m going to ask others to go deeper, I need to keep being willing to go there myself too.

And that’s a wrap on Vitamin Sea for 2026. 🌊

What a summer.

Each gathering by the sea brought something unique, different people, different weather and a different energy every time.

At our final gathering, the wind had other ideas for the sauna and nearly derailed the evening entirely. It felt almost fitting to be exploring Santosha, ‘contentment’, and that constant feeling we can carry of always trying to achieve or be more, rather than accepting things as they are.

There’s an old story of a worker bee who spends his whole summer moving tirelessly from flower to flower. A butterfly asks why he works so hard, why he never stops to feel the warmth of the sun or enjoy the flowers he spends his life collecting from. But the bee keeps going until eventually his short life comes to an end. A simple reminder of how easily we can become so busy doing, achieving and chasing what’s next that we forget to actually experience the life happening around us. 🐝

Thank you to everyone who joined us this year, whether you came once or returned again.

We’ll be back in 2027. 🌊

Fantastic time away with the fam in ‘Hamsterdam’ 🐹🇳🇱

I came here a few times back in the early noughties, the last time being in 2004, when things were very different.

On that occasion, I remember being so stoned I could barely lift my arm to take another toke… but I kept going anyway.

Looking back, that probably sums up quite a lot about a younger version of myself. Pushing through things because everyone else was, and going along with the crowd.

We do it in so many ways, drinking to excess, partying, work, relationships, expectations, forcing ourselves through things that don’t align with who we really are.

Oh, how times have changed.

Coming back more than 20 years later with my little tribe, teetotal, present and actually remembering the whole trip. 🤎

This year I’ve had the pleasure of holding space by the sea on multiple occasions, each one bringing its own energy and its own vibe. 🌊

Each gathering is curated with care, but no two ever feel quite the same. You can plan the practices and create the space, but you can’t plan what happens when a group of people come together.

The last gathering was a special one.

I recently heard phrase “I am a wave, make me the sea.” And mayba that’s what it’s all about. We arrive as individuals and, for a few hours, become part of something together.

On Friday 4th September we’ll gather at Little Haven one last time this year, closing the evening with an extra special fire ceremony to mark the end of summer. 🔥
