They can be hard to spot. They live mostly on p***c hair, but can also be found in hair on the chest, armpits, face and eyelashes. They do not affect the hair on your head

Make your cuppa even more well earned!

While you're waiting for the kettle to boil why not have a go at doing some squats?

🩷Perform body weight squats until the kettle is boiled (One hand on the bench for support if needed)
❤️Step back into a safe area away from the kettle with plenty space.
💚Maintain an upright posture
🩷Bend at the knees whiles pushing the hips back
❤️Maintain a straight back keep the neck inline with the spine throughout the whole movement
💚Lower your hips as far as you feel comfortable
🩷As you come back to a standing position push through the heels and tense the glutes

Safety Advice – Before talking part in any exercise, choose a space that is free from clutter and always listen to your own body, don't over do it. If you experience any pain or discomfort, or unusual symptoms it is important to stop and assess the situation. (seek medical advice if necessary)
