In a workplace emergency, knowing what to do in the first few moments can make a critical difference.

At Objective Health, our First Aid at Work courses teach practical, life-saving skills — including the essential DRABC approach:

🔹 D — Danger
Check for danger to yourself, the casualty and others.

🔹 R — Response
Check if the casualty is responsive.

🔹 A — Airway
Open the airway and check for normal breathing.

🔹 B — Breathing
Check for normal breathing. If they are not breathing normally, call 999 and start CPR.

🔹 C — Circulation
Continue CPR and use a defibrillator if one is available.
