*please note this criteria is not strictly set in stone however we specialise in helping people with complex needs- we really wish we could help everybody! Local Authority funding restrictions mean we are currently only able to take on those with the highest level needs, we’re working hard in the background so that we can help more people. As a user-led organisation we consider every situation individually, so if you feel your needs aren’t being met elsewhere, please reach out. We’ll do everything we can to help or signpost you to the right support or see if our service is the right fit. As we grow we hope we are able to help more people!
