Every Wednesday at 9:00am, 10:30am or 5:30pm ⏰
If you are using weight loss medication then we can still support you along your journey here in our group with no judgement 🙌. At Slimming World we understand that there is no magic fix to weight loss and then keeping the weight off, it comes from mindset and habit changes that we work hard to help you with 🥰
We would love to see you in one of our sessions tomorrow so we can help you become the best version of yourself with loads of love and support 🙂

Last week in group we celebrated 15 years of our wonderful group that I started back in 2011 🎈🎉

It has been an amazing journey so far and I am looking forward to helping even more people in our fabulous community live a healthier, happier and longer life 😊

Now spring 🪻🌷 has finally sprung more people are coming along to join our award winning 💎 friendly group to achieve their weight loss goals as we head into summer ☀️.

This means we now have limited availability in just 2 sessions, I will pop the info here 👇

⏰️ 9.00am session FULL

⏰️ 10.30am available

⏰️ 5.30pm (new time) available

If you want to know more come along tomorrow (Wednesday) and we can go through our awesome eating plan.

Who else loves gammon & eggs 🙌

Giant mushrooms from Stobos in Wylam were delicious and just 10 minutes under the grill with the gammon 🤩

All of this is completely free food when food optimising with lots of flavours 🤤

We have 2,400 recipes on our members only app so you never have to get bored with what you eat!
