I’m throwing myself back into my yoga studies. I feel I have been neglecting them and myself of late. This is a great book if you are looking for a woman’s perspective of the Yoga Sutras 🙏🥰. The reason I say that is the majority of translations have been done by male scholars. This version speaks to my heart and soul ❤️

I’ve decided to stop my Saturday morning classes for the time being but will let you know when I start them up again. However, I’m still teaching Thursday nights at Dunston Activity Centre at 6.30pm and on Friday morning at Bensham Grove Community Centre at 9.30am. Classes are an hour long and £6 per session (or £30 for 6) and I have mats/kit if you need them. They are both drop in so you can come and go as you please 🙏

Blissful weekend on a retreat in Northumberland. I didn’t take many photos as I tried to leave my phone in the room to be as present as possible. What a bunch of incredible women. I’ve loved every moment of it again. I will be signing up again for next year without a doubt. Yoga, forest bathing, tea blending, massage by Christine from and a silent disco all topped off with amazing food by Paula from . What is not to love 🥰. A weekend filled with laughter, support and love. Thank you and for all you do.
