โœ”๏ธ Create a calorie deficit
โœ”๏ธ Eat your calories, don't drink them
โœ”๏ธ Eat enough protein
โœ”๏ธ Fill up on veggies
โœ”๏ธ Exercise 3x week (minimum)
โœ”๏ธ Sleep 7-8 hours each night
โœ”๏ธ Be consistent and enjoy it!

Losing weight doesn't have to be about taking things away, sometimes you just need to change your perspective and look at it as adding new habits....

โœ…So instead of thinking about losing weight as eating fewer calories, focus on adding more protein

โœ…Instead of being hung up on eating fewer carbs, add in more veggies

โœ…Instead of cutting out snacks, add in more activity or exercise.
