Today, our residents enjoyed a wonderful seated exercise session filled with stretches, movement, smiles, and laughter. These gentle activities help maintain strength, flexibility, circulation, and wellbeing while bringing everyone together.
Every stretch, every movement, and every smile is a reminder that staying active has no age limit. 💙

First off we have our sports day this Friday (weather permitting) ALL WELCOME 🤗
if the weather doesn’t improve and changes may have to be made, I will let everyone know by Thursday afternoon!

Our Father’s Day celebration which will start from 11 am on Monday 22nd with a singer then in the afternoon at 12.30pm pie and pea lunch , for this if you would like to join your loved one can you please let us know asap so we can order the correct amount. Thank you ☺️

The 22nd of July , we would like as many relatives to join your loved ones as possible to make sure that everyone has a chance to attend. There are posters on every unit with details and in reception at the signing in book. Please take a copy and respond by the 30th of June as this is going to be a wonderful day not to be missed.
