𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🌸🙏🏻

We often use colouring and crafts towards the end of a class. Using simple picture colouring you can talk about colours, shapes, feelings, encouraging the child to mark make or colour themselves. By adding some detail to their picture or doing simple crafts, perhaps sticking large sequins on to a picture, the child can develop their fine motor skills and concentrate their energy.

I love to see the children lying on their tummies colouring rather than at tables and chairs.

The children love this section at the end of a yoga session and you’d be surprised after an active session how beautifully they all move into our mindful minutes section 💖

So I thought everyone knew this…! 👀

Then one of my yoga mammies who’s just been in touch after having her second baby didn’t so… I figured maybe people don’t know after all! 🤔🙈

You can bring your babies to toddlers FREE until the are 1 years old, and then they are half price! 👏

This summer we have had several of our toddler/preschool group leave for school and nursery! 🥹

Whilst our other toddler classes remain full we are ACTIVELY RECRUITING new little yogis in the Washington area or those who can travel to this area on a Tuesday morning 🤩

Do you have any friends with children 1-4years or does your child attend nursery where you could ask other parents or even leave some leaflets in reception? 🙏🏻

Any NEW children to toddlers or joining the Tuesday morning session at Washington would receive a cash rebate on their first class when joining for the rest of the Autumn term - so basically you end up with a free trial class!

Information all mummies SHOULD be given about them POSTPARTUM selves whether it’s baby number 1 or not. Mummy this is about YOU for a change.

Also a chance to meet other mummies and babies in a safe relaxed space.

Postpartum up to 6 months after birth is ideal for this session but the information is pertinent to all mummies.
