​Set in a beautiful private garden, this session is brought to you by vetted, trusted practitioners from Seed Wellness in Beaconsfield, bringing together high-quality instruction and deep relaxation.

​Foundational Yoga with Jane: Focus on hand positioning, pressure points, and subtle micro-adjustments to build extra strength and bring fresh challenge to your regular practice. 🧘‍♀️
