So another really simple exercise to keep your feet and ankles more mobile this can be some while sat watching your favourite TV programme. I've got some slightly more adventurous exercises coming from the course I went on so keep an eye out.

What a beautiful day hope you all have a good weekend. What do you have planned? I'm attending a workshop in Bristol today all about getting feet moving and stronger with the The Foot Collective exciting to be learning something new then back to my vegetable garden.

It appears the fire season has started up the mountain again. Slightly stressful night last night with this right behind the house. Good job our neighbours spotted it so early and thank you to South Wales fire brigade for responding so quickly and being diligent in their work.

This is another little video to help keep those feet more mobile. This is a very basic exercise designed for people with poor mobility.
