Settle into Stillness
This event offers a holistic approach to modern healing, giving you permission to rest and recover from everyday stress and anxieties. Through a blend of Meditation, Sound Therapy and Reiki you’ll experience deep relaxation and energetic recovery.

What To Expect:

A group meditation focused on physical relaxation and mindfulness.

A sound bath that uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, seed shakers and an ocean drum to connect your body to the elements and clear your chakras of stagnant energy.

After the guided meditation, this will be a silent practice designed to promote deep relaxation and cosy vibes. This time is yours – you don’t have to do anything except let yourself be open to the experience!

During the sound bath you may experience subtle physical shifts like muscular twitches, deeper breaths or you might even drift off to sleep – these are all signs that your body is releasing tension!

If you aren’t a seasoned meditation practitioner, you might become aware of the many thoughts racing around inside your mind – don’t be alarmed, this is normal – simply come back to your breath with kindness. Embrace the experience you’re having and let yourself sink into genuine rest & relaxation!

After the session, there will be time for personal reflection and a single-card oracle pull.
