The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice's Living Well Hub The Living Well Hub is open to anyone with a life limiting illness who is already known to us.

**ONLY PEOPLE WITHIN THE HOSPICE'S CATCHMENT AREA CAN ATTEND THE HUB. OUR CATCHMENT AREA IS: G5, G41, G42, G43, G44, G45, G46, G51, G52, G53, G76 and G77**

Knitted heart appeal - can you help the hospice?

We receive donations of knitted hearts which we are then able to give as keepsakes to families of our patients. We are looking for donations of these knitted hearts from any kind knitters. If you knit or know someone who does, please consider making us some hearts and hand them into our reception at the hospice.

Your gift means to much to us and to our families.
