📅 A busy day ahead!
It was Milngavie group this morning, then it was off to cover the Old Kilpatrick group this evening – so I made sure I planned all of today's meals last night. 💖
Planning ahead is one of the best habits you can build on your weight loss journey. 🍎 Breakfast: Baked apple Skyr, apple, strawberries & banana
🍓 Snack: Slimming World-friendly sponge cake filled with apricots & strawberries
🍔 Lunch: Fakeaway Fish-o-Fillet, chips, tomatoes & cucumber
🍒 Snacks: Cherries & tangerines
🍤 Dinner: King prawn Arrabbiata topped with Parmesan
