It’s more than classes. It is a true community which draws you back and impacts so many aspects of your life. Finding HHW has been life changing for me. I feel more confident, content and happy in myself as well as having strategies to deal with life’s challenges. I just love the focus on wellbeing led by a beautiful person who models what she teaches in so many ways. HHW is a lifestyle change. Hey guys 🤍

Just a wee reminder that I’ll be off from 6th–11th June.

Lovely Laura & Mairi will be covering all Reformer classes as usual during this time, plus two of our yoga sessions. Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th will still be going ahead (Reformer edition! 🙌🏼).

This also feels like the perfect time to announce that going forward, there will be holiday cover for our Yoga & Mat Pilates classes too! 🎉

It’s always been incredibly important to me that if I leave my wonderful clients and studio in someone else’s hands, it’s with the right team. That could never be something I’d outsource — you’re all far too precious to me for that. 🥰

More on this will be announced very soon, but your HHW Yoga & Mat Pilates teachers will be with you before my next holiday! 🤣
