A Very Hungry Day… and still on plan 💚
Today was one of those extra hungry days… but instead of fighting it, I listened to my body and made it work with my plan 👇
🥑 Breakfast
Avocado with egg on toast + a matcha to start the day right
🍓 Mid-afternoon snack
Berries, yogurt & a cosy hot chocolate
🍽 Dinner
Slimming World Kitchen meatloaf with mashed potatoes & green beans – proper comfort food!
🧀 Evening snack
Cheese & jam on bread with a chai matcha ☕
