Sooooo.... here's next week's new menu!
- Linguini in tomato sauce with diced roasted chicken, long stem broccoli, roasted kale, snap peas and mozzarella cheese.
- Burger bowls with sauteed onions and salsa, roasted mixed potatoes and garlic butter kale rice.
- Mince with peas and carrot on sweet potato mash with gravy and spinach.
- Spinach spaguetti with chicken meatballs, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese.
- Chicken burgers, roasted kale, sugar snaps, broccoli and rice. With red salsa.
- Shredded chicken in salsa with rice and green beans.
- Burrito bowl. Mince, rice, sweet corn, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, red salsa and feta cheese.
And a fresh salad to add to these coming warm days:
- Summer salad. Chicken, eggs, mixed leaves and spinach, blueberries, grapes, sunflower seeds, cucumber, mixed peppers, sesame seeds and feta cheese. With honey mustard vinaigrette.
For breakfast:
- Overnight oats with pea protein, seeds, greek yogurt, honey, coconut milk and a hint of chocolate chips. Full breakfast on the go!
- Oat banana protein pancakes. With butter and maple syrup.
