An elemental yoga experience with

Join Jules on a guided practice through earth, water, fire, air, and space using movement, breath, sound, and stillness.
This workshop is designed to bring you back into relationship with the natural world, not as something outside of you, but as something you are.
We’ll move from grounding into flow, from heat into softness, from breath into spaciousness.
Each element becomes a doorway into the body, into feeling, into presence.
Expect a blend of slow, intentional yoga, moments of reflection, subtle ritual, vibration and a deeply restorative sound journey to close.
A space to land, to listen… and to remember the quiet intelligence of your own body.
