💥 I AM more today than I was last week..

At the end of last week I experienced Intense MAGICAL HIGHS followed by immediate INTENSE TRAUMA . .it was PURE ALCHEMY in Motion.. I had one of the biggest trauma responses I have ever had, , I didn't hold it in.. I held myself , and allowed the Deep Wounding to surface and Ripple through me , it was like waves..

To the outside world most wouldnt be able to understand why such a small thing triggered such a huge response.. BUT I KNEW where is came from . .. it came from the depths, many Generations and Timelines and Dimensions , of being Shut Down, Abused, Silenced, Shamed , Belittled and SO much more. .

I was shown the Beauty in what was Happening in this Moment . and I felt Immense GRATITuDE for IT . the Wounding, for the trauma , for the Life I have lived.. for who I am .. As the Gratitude Rose within me, it started to Transmute and I FELT JOY + LOVE expanding in my HEART for it all and that I get TO BE the CYCLE BREAKER and it ALL transmuted to LOVE and PEACE 💥 as if by MAGIC it was gone ✨
Fee days later once again I feel My Frequency Rising , Divine Intelligence starts Downloading ⚡
My Conciousness Expands and so does my HEART , I am currently intergrating more Multidimensional ASPECTS of me , and my VIBRATION shifts , I KNOW I AM more today than I was yesterday and I wanted to share because I FOOKING LOVE THIS JOURNEY , YOU are AN ALCHEMIST, FEEL it , to Heal it 💜 it's TIME to, RECLAIM YOUR POWER + Sovereignty + EXPAND, WOOP⚡🌈

Everyone talks about collaboration and supporting each other, I especially see it in the Healing + Spiritual world .. and I'm all for that IF ITS GENUINE...

But I will honest , alot of the time its not... It may look like it... But often not ALL is what it seems.. I meet people briefly for a moment and they may follow me and I have follow them back ... I have a new healer or practitioner everyday follow me on FB.. But why ? I don't believe it's always because they like my posts... Or me..

MOST have never come to anything I have hosted or spoke to me before or like any posts or comment...

I receive messages from people asking to collaborate with me and they take offense when I decline, they see it as not very friendly...

If you have met ME , you will know I am one of the friendliest people you will ever meet.. BUT I have boundaries, I protect my Energy.. and I SEE and FEEL Everyone's ENERGY ⚡

I know when someone is copying me, I know when someone is spying on me, I know when someone sees my post in the morning and uses it for inspiration for there post.. I know when someone wants to Dim my light , Syphon my Energy or piggy back on what I do..

I DO not feel the need to randomly follow people I don't know, unless I genuinely resonate with them.

We have to remember that we are in a Spiritual war... And to be honest MOST Space Holders + Facilitators are not aware of that ... Yet .. I seeing False Light and Infiltration EVERYWHERE

There is darkness and light within us all... We ALL at different levels of consciousness and vibrate at different Frequencies.. we ALL have to go through Discernment lessons..

I have had my fair share .. but lately I realised that so many I questioned , mmm are they connected to a dark energy ?.and I have given them the benefit of the doubt and then few months later I know for sure that they are .. and I think why didn't I just trust my FIRST instinct..

TRUST your first instinct, if you question whether someone is GENUINE or not , THAT IS the sign.. we don't need to wait til they have done something to prove it..

We don't need to Follow everyone on socials just because we do similar events....

and WE shouldn't feel obligated to Follow everyone back ..

And it's OK to unfollow and Block people..

3 years ago I had never blocked anyone, 🤣 I couldn't imagine even doing that , lol . I felt that if I block someone I must hate them and I hate noone.. but when the illusion dissolves your vibration rises YOU SEE and FEEL truths, you awaken to the Spiritual War and YOU step into your power and PROTECT your energy 💥💜

Lately I see 👀 many working with people who are channeling dark beings , and they are unaware they are .. And they have this energy running through them and they are passing it on to open hearted peeps.. So FEEL into where you are going, who with and for me I stay away from anyone who channels other Beings, whether they say it's an Ascended master, the chosen one, or Bob my pyschic guide 🤣, or arch angel Raphael, a Andromedan, Galactic federation, so many entities pretending to be THE LIGHT ⚡

My Light Languages is my Soul Language, I bring through Higher Frequency Energy from ASPECTS of ME.. I do not channel other beings..

It is when we are still that we can BE truly in the Present moment..
We are able to observe and notice everything that we feel ,sensations in the body, hear insights, notice thoughts , our feelings , explore our Inner landscape, our intuition and so much more...

When we lie down and give our bodies time and permission to just BE and relax , then focus on our Breath , everything starts to slow down .
Our heartbeat slows down, mind stops racing, we let go of tension in the body, muscles relax...

Mind Body and Soul come into union and we are able to let go of the Concious mind and become the Observer and access different states of being.. .

It is when we are in these states of being where Alchemy + Transformation can occur ⚡

These states can bring feelings of Peace, Calm, Bliss, Euphoria , Deep Relaxation, Heightened Intuition, connection to Source, and, they can also bring up what is Not serving our highest good , trapped emotions that are stuck in the Mind Body and Soul..

Tomorrow evening I am hosting a Free online Breathwork Session, a guided Breathwork journey with voice and special curated music to bring you into a place of STILLNESS...
