What a nourishing weekend at Saor Anam Festival. ❤️

Chad played music on both days, and I offered Kundalini Dance and SOMA Breathwork workshops. It feels like a dream come true to be doing festivals together and sharing what we both love.

We met some incredible people, had some great laughs, beautiful conversations, and enjoyed the stunning location in the medieval village of Duncarron (seen in movies and Outlander series!)

Thank you to Wendy and Abigail for creating this space and inviting us along. 🙏

And thank you to everyone I connected with over the weekend. I'm feeling very grateful for the new connections and renewed energy to create more events coming soon ❤️

One of the most heart-healing moments for me in Glastonbury was listening to a man singing to the White Spring.

He wasn't performing for anyone. He was simply singing to the water, his voice echoing through the cave.

As I listened I reflected on the impact we can have on someone's life without ever knowing it.

It reminded me to keep showing up in my own message and my own truth, because we never know the silent impact we might make.

Maybe it is a kind word, a gentle smile or a song shared from the heart.

Something that feels small to us may be exactly what someone else needs that day. And that impact ripples outward, touching lives we may never see.

The impact we make on the world begins within ourselves. And when we are connected to our hearts, grounded in who we are, and willing to share our gifts, we naturally create change around us.

Maybe you needed to hear this today or maybe I just needed the reminder to KEEP SHOWING UP!

You have a place on this planet. You are needed. You have gifts that only you can bring.

And the world is better when you share them.

Blessings and love 🙏❤️

Last week I had the pleasure of exploring the sacred lands of Glastonbury with three incredible women.

The land had been calling me for some time, but I kept receiving the message that my time would come when it was meant to. This trip effortlessly fell into place and I knew this was time. ✨️

The four of us had travelled from different lands to meet here, in a place that carries so much myth, legend and sacred wisdom.

We visited Gog and Magog, where Magog, the surviving tree, is said to be over 1,000 years old. Standing there, I received a deeper understanding of why I had been called to Glastonbury and why the four of us had come together at this time.

There was a sense of remembering, healing and completing something that felt much bigger than this lifetime. It was deeply felt and hard to put into words.

Some of my special moments were watching both sunset and sunrise from the Tor, co-creating a sacred, intimate ceremony within the White Spring, multiple visits and meditating by Chalice Well, and wandering through the amazing shops and streets of the town.

Glastonbury has a unique energy. Somrtimes it felt quite intense, but it was also powerful. For me, it brought an opportunity to reflect, reconnect and embrace some big changes happening in my life.

One of the deeper gifts of the week was being reminded that life is always offering us opportunities to heal and open in a deeper way.

Whether that is healing the masculine, the feminine, or the parts of ourselves that have forgotten how to trust, love and receive, it all heals through the heart.

I was reminded of the beauty and power of coming together in love, and of the healing that becomes possible when we meet ourselves and one another in open hearts.

An unforgettable week, one that may take some time to fully integrate. I left with my heart full of love, gratitude and a deeper appreciation for the divine masculine, and for the men in our lives who embody this energy and carry this torch. 🙏❤️

Being busy doesn't always mean productivity.

Sometimes we stay busy because slowing down feels uncomfortable.

Constantly doing, achieving, helping everyone else, overthinking, scrolling, cleaning, planning, or filling every moment with noise can become a way to avoid what’s happening underneath.

Stillness can feel unsafe because when things finally slow down, emotions we’ve been avoiding often begin to surface.

Gently learning to feel safe to soften can be deeply healing for our body, mind and spirit and helps us reconnect back to ourself again.

“You’ve changed.”
Yes, I have.

I healed, I grew, I evolved.

Because I was never meant to stay the same.

The woman who spent years overthinking, people-pleasing, seeking approval, abandoning herself, and carrying stress in her body was never meant to stay that way.

She changed. And I am so proud of that woman.

The moment you stop abandoning yourself, your whole life begins to shift, for the better.

You begin to feel more connected to yourself.
Your life begins to feel more like your own.
Free, filled with beauty, peace and love.

Change can feel uncomfortable sometimes, but there is something beautiful on the other side of it.

If you are moving through a season of change and wanting to reconnect back to yourself again, my free Inner Calm Ritual Kit is there to support you. Find the link in my bio 🤍

Your nervous system is constantly responding to the environment around you.

Changing your environment, stepping outside, breathing fresh air, feeling your feet on the earth, and noticing the colours and life around you can help bring you back to centre again.

Sometimes the body just needs a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what is real and present around you.

Small moments of safety and grounding matter. ✨️

You do not need to earn your rest.

Rest is not a reward for getting everything done.

It is what allows the mind to process, the body to heal, and the nervous system to regulate.

Rest is an important part of self-care.

If you needed to hear this today, let this be your permission slip to slow down without guilt.

On the first weekend of May, as spring was at its peak, we decided to tie the knot in a beautiful Celtic ceremony, barefoot in the Scottish Highlands.

We rented a stunning mansion with our families and had a small, intimate gathering in the wild grass by the loch. It was wild, authentic, barefoot on the land, and so deeply connected to the elements. It could not have felt more magical.

Our family helped create an altar and an aisle made of sticks and logs. Chad surprised me by writing a song for me as I walked down the aisle with my mother by my side. My brother Nathan, who we lived with for the past year, held the ceremony for us.

We had two handfasting ties that each of our parents blessed before tying our hands together. We read our own vows to each other, and our family blessed our rings in circle before we placed them on each other’s fingers.

Bringing our families together was such a joy. There was so much laughter, and each person contributed to this weekend in such a special way. We feel so blessed and deeply loved.

Even though we missed having extended family and our close friends there, it felt so sacred to share something this intimate with the land, the elements, and our family. I felt so present and so in love with the man I am choosing to walk through life with.

An unforgettable weekend ❤️🌹✨️
