It can be quite difficult to explain the power of Reiki and its effects. It is so true that the best way to understand it is to experience it. The length

of a session varies but generally lasts around an hour. It involves the Reiki Practitioner placing their hands gently over the body, there is no massage involved. Most peoples lives are so busy now, taking time to try to bring a sense of balance and calm is so important yet so often overlooked.Reiki has had a really positive impact on my own health and well-being and my hope is it can do the same for you.

💜 Honouring Mikao Usui Sensei 💜

Today, we remember Mikao Usui Sensei, whose teachings gave rise to the practice of Reiki that continues to touch the lives of people around the world.

His vision was not simply about healing, but about living with greater awareness, compassion and balance. Through the Reiki Principles, he left us timeless guidance that continues to inspire practitioners on their personal and spiritual journeys.

More than a century later, Reiki is shared across cultures and continents, connecting people through a common intention of kindness, respect and wellbeing.

Today, we pause with gratitude for Mikao Usui Sensei's life, his wisdom, and the enduring legacy he entrusted to future generations.

May we honour his teachings not only in our practice, but in the way we live each day.

💜 "Just for today… be grateful." A simple reminder that continues to guide us all.

I’ve always had an interest in Astrology, what started as curiosity has grown over the year’s into a deeper appreciation for the moon, the changing seasons and the natural cycles that encourage us to pause, reflect, let go and move forward.

Leo season always feels to me like an invitation to be a little braver, having the courage to take up space, trust and to lead with my heart ❤️

I’m asking myself more and more:
“Where could I be a wee but more courageous?”
“What part of myself is ready to shine?”

Reflecting on a beautiful weekend of teaching these incredibly special individuals 💜
Over the course of three days, we immersed ourselves in the Usui Holy Fire 🔥 111 World Peace Reiki Master Teacher class. It was filled with love, compassion, joy and laughter and plenty of tea and cakes 🍰 ☕️

Thank you to Maureen and Robert and Scott from The Reiki Duo for placing your trust in me to teach you, so you can now pass on this healing 💜 to others.. It was an honour to teach you.
Congratulations to all of you 🙏

A special thank you to Suzanne and Kevin at Healing Heather Holistics for the use of your space. We all appreciated and enjoyed our salt session to finish off the most magical and sacred 3 days.
