All customers who were booked or left deposits before lockdown will take priority. If you would like to arrange an appointment, please send any designs through via Facebook Messenger and COME IN to speak to us in person.
Outside the studio there will be markers spaced 2m apart as per guidelines showing you where to queue. The door will be kept closed in between customers, and you must wait until the person currently being served at the desk has left before you can enter. That way we can adhere to the guidelines and keep you and our staff safe!
We have a card machine that also accepts contactless payments.
When it comes time for your appointment, all our artists will be decked out in full PPE to protect them and you.
Please also be aware you must turn up to your appointment ALONE. If you bring along friends or family they will not be allowed into the studio, even the waiting room, to comply with the guidelines we must adhere to. Therefore if you come to your appointment with a group of friends they will be asked to leave.
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in shops and public spaces, and the studio is no different. You must wear a mask or face covering. This is non-negotiable except in medical cases eg asthma. If you don't have one we may provide one for you.
We already operate to the highest possible hygiene standards, and the studio is already sanitised in between appointments. The only difference here is we will have a gap of at least 15 mins between appointments from now on to ensure there is enough space between the previous client leaving and the next arriving one at a time.
We will be releasing more details in the coming days as we approach the shop finally opening.
Lastly we would like to thank our wonderful customers for their continued patience, support and kind words during this time. We look forward to seeing you when we finally open (from a distance, of course!)
