What a beautiful journey learning aerial yoga with these amazing women 🫶🏻

A special thanks to Gillian for guiding us in a supportive, authentic and playful way, allowing us to grow with loads of laughs along the way. You’re an angel!
I cannot recommend Gillian enough. Whether for aerial TT, yin yoga, sound baths, retreats - you can’t help but be drawn to her beautiful energy.

✨Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Pop-up with 11th October only ✨

The lovely Emma will be sharing this beautiful body therapy on Saturday 11th October in the studio. I’m actually going for a session with her tomorrow 😬 One of the very few practitioners I often recommend to clients/friends to book a session with!

Here’s a little snippet about the talented Emma:

“I’ve always loved massage and holistic therapies but since discovering Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) I was hooked and wanted to learn everything about it! It’s a unique method of bodywork that I’ve fallen in love with giving and receiving. AYM is a deep tissue massage combined with passive stretches, tractions and mobilisations inspired by yoga asana, further enhanced by assisted breathing techniques. The treatment allows for deep relaxation while feeling present in your body, tuning into the finer awareness of sensations and emotions experienced.

I have completed 300 hours of AYM training as well as additional training in pregnancy massage and working with nerve pains.

I am an advanced nurse practitioner and have worked for the NHS for 10+ years, currently specialising in cardiology.

I am a committed practitioner of yoga and have completed 200 hours of alignment and therapeutic yoga teacher training as well as numerous CPDs over the years including yin, nidra, restorative and inclusive yoga. Ive always been fascinated with anatomy and how different bodies move and feel. The skills obtained in my work as a nurse and through yoga have supported my interest and development in AYM.

My aim is for people to feel safe and well in their bodies by encouraging awareness and deep rest through massage and the host of techniques offered in this modality of bodywork.

I value inclusivity and always encourage agency and choice in my treatments”.

✨WE ARE FINALLY OPEN! ✨

Took a little longer than we hoped and, I had to postpone treatments to Monday but, I just finished putting all the little touches up this afternoon. I will be working on stocking the apothecary next week and I still need to tackle painting the outside doorway - mañana!

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to lend a hand (some of you not pictured) and to everyone for sending messages of encouragement. I love you all! 🫶🏻

I cannot wait to see what the future holds for ✨

I’m so excited to welcome you to the new treatment space at on Thursday 19th June.

t’s been a busy few weeks of renovation work. My husband gleefully bounced out the door this morning away to the airport for a month long work ‘jolly’ 🙄🤣

There’s some work still to be done, as well as adding finishing touches ✨

Keep an eye out for the Grand Opening Party details for SATURDAY 28TH JUNE coming out tomorrow.

I’ll also be adding classes and events at the centre over the coming weeks.
