Katie Bharaj Massage Therapy

Katie Bharaj Massage Therapy Experienced Massage Therapist and Reflexologist in Glasgow’s Southside

I became a Massage Therapist as I believe that massage therapy is good for both body and mind. Not only can it refresh and recharge tired muscles but it can give you an opportunity to relax, unwind and escape the stresses of daily life. I want to give my clients the chance to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation.

I have a professional diploma from the Complementary Therapy School. I went

on to complete training in Pregnancy Massage that is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is an incredibly relaxing and nurturing treatment, that can have many benefits. Research has shown that it can reduce stress, reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, ease physical aches and pains and can contribute to a shorter, less painful childbirth experience. Each treatment will be tailored to your needs and stage of pregnancy to care for both you and baby. Swedish Massage
