"I've started PT and really enjoying it, never thought I'd see the day!"
Laura joined FFP at the start of the year.
She was looking for motivation to lose a bit of weight, get stronger, and find classes that fit around the school run.
Like a lot of people, big gym classes made her feel like “just a number”.
And the thought of lifting weights alone in a gym felt intimidating.
Fast forward to now, Laura is…
