Even Therapists need healing.

With shamanic healing, stones and crystals and reiki, this hands-on experience was delightful.

My body feels balanced and rid of any negative energies, which is a must for the therapy I do.

This is me, Ann Currie Coaching.
I am a clinical hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and NLP/motivational coach.

I am currently working through my 8 week mindfulness program at a local primary school. Halfway through my program I get this from one of their caregivers.....

😊 The children talk about your sessions lots, so positive.

In just 4 sessions the children are already changing their way of thinking.

Mindfulness can play a big part in our children's lives, however they are not getting this on a regular basis.

I am looking for your help in getting the education department to recognize this is necessary in a young person's daily education.

As SATs week begins, many children are carrying far more than revision papers and practice questions.

Behind the pressure to “do well” can be worry, fear of failure, perfectionism, and the feeling that their worth is tied to a score.

Children need reminding that tests measure a moment in time — not their intelligence, potential, kindness, or value.

Because long after SATs are forgotten, their mental health and sense of self will still matter deeply.

I am so proud and happy to be part of the Megan's Space charity. As a Practitioner with the Charity I have the opportunity first hand to help children and young people . Please read on......as we have some exciting news to share.

We are absolutely honoured to have been shortlisted for Charity of the Year at the SCVO Charity Awards Scotland.

This recognition reflects the hard work, compassion and commitment of everyone involved with the charity — our staff, volunteers, supporters and wider community.

Above all, it is a powerful testament to Megan’s legacy and the lasting impact her story continues to have on others.

As a reminder, our purpose was always to reduce self harm and su***de and promote mental wellbeing and fulfilment.

To date we have helped, on a one to one basis, over 2000 young people and we know we have saved many lives.
