Equine flu and strangles

Can we ask everyone to please be aware that Equine Influenza and Strangles is prevalent at the moment and anyone visiting the centre must take precautions in the form of changing their clothes and shoes ( if they have been in contact with any equine outwith the centre) or indeed just visited another centre and please use sanitiser provided . We ask that contact with our equines be kept to a minimum until further notice.

Any arena hires will be given instructions on booking.

Rosettes that can be worn with pride. Congratulations to J for entering the RDA Creative Writing Competition. Superb result with a 9th place rosette for a picture story and 6th place for a letter.

On 1st May I put on my Fitbit and it will stay on until 31st May, logging my walking and hoping to achieve 150K by 31st May (with a desk job it’s more difficult than it sounds!)

Your donation will go directly to maintain our beloved ponies and horses (The Summerston Unicorns 🦄) who provide essential therapy and companionship and are truly stars of the show 🌟🐎

As a Volunteer Coach, I have witnessed first-hand the incredible impact that therapy lessons have on our riders, you can tell by their smiles during the lessons 😊

Every donation helps to keep this essential charity running and I will keep you updated on my progress throughout the month.
