Five years ago, Joanna joined Pulse Pharmacy as a Saturday assistant while studying at university. From day one, her dedication, professionalism and genuine care for our patients stood out.
Over the past year, I have had the privilege of being Joanna’s supervising pharmacist as she completed her Foundation Training Year. Watching her grow into a confident, knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professional has been incredibly rewarding.
Alongside qualifying as a pharmacist in the coming weeks, Joanna has also completed her Independent Prescribing training, an outstanding achievement that reflects her commitment to continually developing her clinical skills.
Joanna’s work ethic, kindness and rapport with patients have earned the respect of everyone at Pulse Pharmacy. She is an exceptional trainee and will make a fantastic pharmacist.
Joanna, thank you for everything you have contributed over the last five years. It has been a pleasure to be part of your journey, and I couldn’t be prouder of all that you have achieved. We all wish you every success in your career and, hopefully, this isn’t the end of your journey with Team Pulse . You have been a Wicked member of the team 🧙🌟
