y not a destination. We forget sometimes, how important it is to make time for ourselves, due to the fast paced living in contemporary society of today. A one size fits all approach does not work as everyone is different, sees and senses the world differently so, ultimately achieving levels of improved wellbeing, can be experienced, differently. If you are fed up of where you are, wanting change in your life but are doing the same routines then unfortunately, you will not get to where you want to be...

Doing the same thing, day in and day out but wanting a different outcome is well, kinda insane, don't you agree? Sometimes we go through life, with our own dreams & desires bubbling away inside however life gets in the way, stress, anxiety, depression, work, bills, rear their ugly heads etc and we put ourselves & our needs second. Can you truly say to yourself you are living your best life? If yes, brilliant...well done
