A little behind the scenes from Lauren’s appointment with me, now featured on this week’s vlog ✨

After some weight loss, Lauren felt she’d lost a little support through the mid-face, so we focused on some subtle profile balancing to restore harmony and refresh her features without changing how she looks.

Botox or Relfydess… the question I get asked daily lately 👀

Both are anti-wrinkle treatments designed to soften movement and create a fresher, more rested look, but there are a few differences between them!

Relfydess is newer, tends to kick in a little quicker for many patients and can last longer in some areas, whereas Botox is the treatment most people already know and love.

Neither is “better”, it’s about what suits you, your muscle movement and your goals best ✨
