This is probably one of my favourite plates of food I’ve made in a long time ☺️ and bean and cheese taquitos and corn ribs 💖
Smothered in ALL the sauces! (Cause it would be rude not to!) made this on stream earlier and it was a complete triumph! 🥳

For the bubble and squeak I used cabbage, carrots, pepper, potatoes and baked eggs! 😋 so good!!

So Sunday was croissant day on stream! 🥐 we spent hours making flour blends, dough, folds and this is what we ended up with.... 🙈🤣🤣🤣 the dough wouldn’t laminate properly so rolling the croissants was impossible! Instead, we made a Copper mayo jar 💖🧡
Although the croissants didn’t go to plan and I got pretty frustrated, the community stuck by me, cheered me on and made sure I wasn’t too sad about my lack of flaky baked goods 😂☺️
So grateful for you all and for my silly wee mayo jar 💖

ALL. THE. CARBS! 😆 last night on stream we made tricolore pastas! 🍝 basil and rocket pesto, aglio e olio and tomato mascarpone! 💖 and I’ve been eating pasta ever since 🤣🙈

Last night on stream we did a recipe redemption from my lovely community 💖 and we made and breakfast poutine! 🥳
Chips, cheese curds, gravy, facon, vegan paprika sausage, scrambled egg and brown sauce 🤤 OMG it was SO GOOD! I’m just gutted I’ve eaten all of the cheese curds 🙈😂

Made a tasty broth with tofu, mushrooms, broccoli, beansprouts, carrots and coriander 🍄 🥦 🥕 and yes.. I forgot the noodles!

Such a lovely stream today for 💖💖 today we made pasta carbonara with ALL the potatoes 😅 potato pasta, creamy potato sauce and potato bacon! 😆 and it’s SO GOOD!!

Last night on stream we made fake “steak”pie with the best roasties! 🤤 used jackfruit and mushrooms for the pie and puff pastry for the pie top! 🥳 it tasted so good! Needs a few tweaks to get it closer to a proper steak pie but I enjoyed it 😆
The big question was though, roasties or mash with steak pie?! 🤔 I’d normally have mash but I’m all mashed out this week 🤣💖💖💖
