I began my life changing journey in 2010, after my career as a professional footballer ended.

Welcome to Ludo's Primal Wellness - our aim is to help you develop a healthy body and mind by embracing and adopting the principals of Primal Wellness, both at work and at home: eating real food, moving naturally and developing mindfulness techniques. I started to study the principals behind primal health. It was from here that I made the decision to adopt a Primal Lifestyle. By reconnecting to ba

sic human values through improved nutrition, mindfulness and natural movement I have become healthier, stronger, more confident and more productive. Experiencing first hand the benefits of Primal Wellness has given me the motivation to open the UK’s first ever Primal Wellness Centre. As a qualified Primal Health Coach, Movenat Level 2 Coach and a Paleo nutrition expert, I have hand-picked expert health and fitness professionals including doctors, physiotherapists, dieticians and fitness coaches to work alongside me. We look forward to introducing you to Primal Wellness through our classes, workshops and activities, and working with you and your colleagues.

A message from Ludo,

After having started our first week back with our private members, we are now preparing to resume working with our corporate members on Monday 10th January.

We have chosen to delay making big plans with our goals and resolutions until end of January. Instead we are asking our members to share one action to support their physical or emotional wellbeing needs in January.

Runners-up of the P.E.A.K challenge have received their .living organic vegan protein powder 🙌🏻

In just 5 days, P.E.A.K participants covered 983.82km and achieved 2,623,955 steps.. wow!!

Well done to everyone who took part and most importantly together we managed to raise over £1,000 for .

6 MINUTE BAKED SHRIMP 🍤

Want to impressed your guest midweek?

Try this easy, small dish bound to make everyone feel good and well nourished. Be adventurous with your food and feel great 🤩

Ingredients:
1lb peeled shrimp, tails off
1Tbs Coconut oil
1Tbs dijon mustard
1 lemon zested and juiced
1t garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado (sliced)
2 Tbs of grated cheese
5 cherries tomatoes (halved)
2 pickles (diced)

Method:
Toss everything together the shrimps, coconut, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder salt and pepper and place on parchment lined baking sheet spreading shrimp out in a single layer. Bake at 220 for 6 minutes until pink and firm. Place it all in dish with the avocado, cheese, tomatoes and pickles.

The science of self-discipline by Peter Hollins was recommended to me by a business mentor of mine. It is the ideal snack read during my morning routine or short commute.

It’s absolutely stacked with obvious facts that will make you wonder why you haven’t thought about it before! In contrast, it also demonstrates why it can be so hard to lose discipline, there is nothing wrong with us we just live in a challenging world. If you wish to make a difference in your own life, if you ever wonder what would be if… then this book is for you.

We are so delighted to introduce Myzone to Ludo’s Primal Wellness, it has really helped us to add value to our coaching.

Both coaches and members get the chance to progress smartly and with peace of mind no matter what their goals are. Wearing has helped me be consistent with my efforts during my training sessions whether I train in the gym or outside. I can also easily monitor members training remotely thanks to a very high functioning app. We can’t wait to roll out Myzone within our remote classes coming soon for our clients employees.

The best things in life are often waiting for you at the exit ramp of your comfort zone.

Yesterday’s swim was the most empowering one of the year so far, it has been a slow start to the open water swimming session due to the colder temperatures. Being consistent with our weekly adventures have finally rewarded us with this unique feeling of freedom.

Don’t fight your discomfort, be patient and embrace it, happy Monday 😊
