Hi 👋 Just to let everyone know we have been closed since Tuesday afternoon so if anyone's been trying to call or email we won't be back to listen/reply till Tuesday (I'm in on my own on Monday so dont worry if you have an appointment its just the office that won't reopen till Tuesday!). As usual you can tell im really bad at this stuff considering its taken me 3 days to let you know we're off 🤣. I am so sorry that I am monumentally terrible at social media. Take it as a good sign as I'm kept lovely and busy with all my brilliant clients!

You may notice that over the next couple of weeks, our customer service in the office and the admin side will take a rapid decline as our much loved & appreciated Jill is sunning herself with her boys abroad... so you have been left with me answering your emails and calls - and I'm already sorry 🤣!!

I've been trying to print a document for 2 days, and I can't for the life of me work out how to do it... but I have seen that there's 23 documents waiting to print (so I think i might have pressed the button 22 times too many) So that will be one of many delights Jill will come back to and its only been 2 days 😬🙈.

Anyway I'm just reminding everyone how terrible I am with computers & booking systems so if you don't get a reply promptly or you receive an email confirmation 422 times then know I'm trying my best but Jill will be back soon where all smooth service will be resumed!

Apologies to anything I miss, I'll get to it eventually, I promise! 🥰🥰
