Suppressed grief often gets stored in the heart chakra, this energetic imbalance leads to loss of joy.

Grief and Joy can be present both at the same time.

You are allowed to still have joy and Fun in your life.

Its the duality of life.

People Die. People leave or separate. Its the natural progression of life as a human.

Storing the emotions and hurt from it will only manifest into chronic pain and depression over time.

Honour the grief. Feel into it. Release the fear around believing if you face it youll never stop crying.

I promise you will. And once you allow your energy to rebalance. The frequency shift and freedom you feel will be liberating

Sending my love to all those grieving in some way.

And remember everyone is allowed to Grieve in their own way too ❤️❤️❤️
