✨ Reiki Healing Crisis: What Is It? ✨

Sometimes after a Reiki session, people expect to feel instantly lighter, calmer, and more energized.

And often they do….

But occasionally, healing looks different before it looks better.

A Reiki healing crisis is a temporary period where the body, mind, and emotions begin releasing stored stress, suppressed emotions, and energetic patterns that are ready to move. This can show up as fatigue, vivid dreams, emotional sensitivity, headaches, body aches, digestive changes, or a strong need for rest.

It can feel uncomfortable—but it doesn’t mean something is wrong.

It may simply mean your system is processing, recalibrating, and creating space for healing.

Remember:

🌿 Healing is not always linear.

💜 Every person’s experience is unique.

🌿 Rest is productive.

💜 Hydration matters.

🌿 Be gentle with yourself.

💜 Trust your body’s wisdom.
