☀️ A Different Kind of Bootcamp Today... ☀️
With the amazing weather we had today, we decided to switch things up and trade our usual strength and fitness session for a bit of yoga and Pilates in the sunshine.
We found a quiet little spot in Springburn Park, rolled out the mats, slowed things down and took a moment to simply be present. 🌿
Sometimes fitness isn't about pushing harder, sweating more, or chasing the next challenge.
Sometimes it's about moving gently, breathing deeply, clearing your mind and appreciating where you are right now.
The ladies absolutely loved it, and to be honest, so did I. 😊
At BFit Training, it's not just about building stronger bodies—it's about looking after your mind too.
