🔍 Remember the ABCDE checklist when checking moles or skin changes:

• Asymmetrical - 2 different halves and an irregular shape
• Border - edges that are ragged or uneven
• Colours - a mix of 2 or more colours
• Diameter - larger than 6mm
• Enlargement or elevation - changing in size, shape or texture over time

Early detection is vital. If you notice any suspicious changes, contact your GP promptly.
