Friday afternoon session with Rebecca one of my amazing swimmers 🏊♂️
Today we finished with deadlifts.
Beautiful teachnique as always.
Her training load is high (in the pool this morning for training before school) and then 2 hours of 'long course' training tomorrow afternoon.
Strength training with Rebecca has never been about going as heavy as possible, we mostly work with moderate weights.
The goal is to directly strengthen the key muscles used in swimming and build her muscular endurance for longer swims (her forte)
This girl is flying just now and has big goals for the next year.
