Join Jen a qualified sauna master on Sunday 6th September from 17:15 - 18:15 for a guided sauna experience.

Using traditional birch and oak whisks, Jen will guide you through gentle whisking techniques designed to create a soothing massage effect while releasing the natural scents, oils and tannins from the leaves.

We are so excited to announce that The Wild Heat is expanding, with a brand new location opening this autumn!

Our new site will be located at Stirling County Rugby Football Club, offering incredible views of the Wallace monument.

Work is about to begin and we’re aiming to open at the beginning of autumn. This first year has been absolutely amazing, we can’t wait to welcome both familiar and new faces to our Stirling location.

A huge thank you to everyone has supported us so far. We couldn’t have done it without you and we can’t wait for what’s next.

Born from German spa tradition, Aufguss is a guided sensory experience that combines heat, scent, and music. Doro expertly pours water and ice infused with natural essential oils over the hot stones, then circulates the aromatic steam using a variety of techniques to create an immersive wave of warmth and relaxation.

New Year’s resolutions are a great way to form new habits and healthy lifestyle choices but they often don’t stick.

January starts with motivation at an all time high. The gyms are packed, everyone’s out a run and the alcohol aisle is full.

Without the right approach, that motivation can fade fast. Doing too much too soon and neglecting rest can leave you burned out or injured, sometimes leaving you worse off than before.

Sauna is a great way to relax and reset, helping you stay consistent and keep chasing your goals all year long. Whether it be a walk round the park, your first 5k or first triathlon, there’s space for everyone at The Wild Heat.

Huge thanks to the team from for coming down for a session last night.

MindTheMen is an incredible organisation that supports men’s mental wellbeing and su***de prevention.

They run free peer support groups every Monday from 7-9pm in The West of Scotland Cricket Club and Dundasvale Community Hall in Cowcaddens.

If you’re looking for a place to talk, listen or just be around good people, their doors are always open 💙
