I’m very excited to share this beautiful space with you on Thursday evening.

Every time I step into Winterbourne, it feels like my whole body takes a deep exhale. And that’s before I’ve even started playing the bowls!

I feel like everyone needs to experience the magic at Winterbourne for themselves and so I am collaborating with them to bring you an evening of wellness where you can soak this all in.

We start at 6:30pm, sharing some blue lotus and rose tea, before I guide you into a somatic meditation and deeply immersive sound bath in the barn. The sounds in here are nothing like I’ve experienced anywhere else!

Then, you can take your time before you leave to go home by exploring the grounds and enjoy the beauty that Winterbourne has to offer. Bring a friend, a book or diary and allow yourself a bit more time to rest before you go back into your busy world.
