When I guide forest bathing walks I quite often offer a simple invitation - to wonder about the other beings who have crossed this place on earth and the stories that this land could tell.

The other day I walked around the Maumbury Rings - a neolithic henge which was later adapted by the Romans to create an amphitheatre for the citizens of nearby Durnovaria (Dorchester).

As I wandered around the site I couldn't help but wonder about the extraordinary stories the land here could tell from thousands of years ago.
