As always, I’m so very grateful for the time we shared together at Motts Cottage Retreats for our monthly community gathering ✨🙌🏼♥️

The vulnerability of the shares was beautiful, the food was so nourishing, and the sauna and energy of the group were deeply grounding. The perfect combination for this New Moon in Virgo, which we explored through a guided meditation and drum journey ✨

꩜ I will walk beside you through the dark. But I will not walk there for you.

This statement is deeply important to me.
Having given away my sovereignty many times in the past, I often relied on others to save me. I forgot that I was everything I needed, that I could rely on myself if only I trusted and loved who I was.

Then I learned that with the right people, I could rebuild that self-reliance while being supported along the way. You don’t have to do it alone. But you are the key, always.
Sometimes you just need someone to remind you, to point out what you’re looking for. But you remain the essence of what you need.

So yes, I will walk beside you through the dark. But I will not walk there for you. Because only you can do it.

Everything I do as a holistic practitioner and space holder is meant to offer support and remind people how to reconnect : to the land, to each other, and to themselves. To the magic of living. To love.

I’ll be the lantern you can wield to help light your way if you let me, but you are the one who takes the steps forward. And that’s the true beauty of it ✨

I’ll be there all day offering tarot readings, as well as leading two special sessions:

🌱 Morning (10.15am): A Geobiology Exploration & Dowsing Walk through the gardens.

💬 Afternoon (2pm): A joint talk with Elena Mary • Intuitive Health & Energy Healing titled Bridging the Gap: Where Conventional Cancer Care Meets Holistic Wisdom.

I felt the need to do it again today at a place I visit often in Cornwall.

It allows me to be present and grounded before I can fully connect to anything around me ✨

My practice is deeply anchored in exploration, and the goal will be to dive into the unseen realms together ✨

We’ll be exploring themes, ranging from deities and elements to deep emotions, drawn straight from a jar (and I welcome your suggestions!).

☀️Expect shared knowledge, somatic experiences, and unique spiritual practices tailored to each session’s theme.

The theme for this one will be…Elves ! Because I postponed the last circle we will dive in the energies and folklore of Elves this time 🧝‍♀️
