Let’s have a quick look at how you make this incredibly delicious spicy sweet potato soup. It’s beyond tasty. You can also tweak the spicyness so that you can enjoy it mild or super spicy, depending on your preference.

It’s is remarkably simple to make. You use sweet potato, chickpeas, passata (or tinned tomatoes), warming or hot spices like ginger and chili and creamed coconut.

I found this incredibly delicious apple tree in my new garden in North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 … this tree is tucked under the massive pine tree! Somehow managing to thrive.

It’s produced a gorgeous crop. These ones are sweet and perfect for eating.

I can’t wait to get planting more trees and fruit bushes next year!

Are you blessed enough to have your own fruit trees? I think fruit trees should be everywhere… and should all have access to to them 😍✨

New recipe just posted. I’ve actually been making this delicious basil and pumpkin seed pâté for the best part of 30 years.

It is also a fabulous vegan pesto, made with soaked pumpkin seeds, fresh basil, lemon, garlic and sea salt. Just five simple ingredients, with no added oil.

Enjoy it on crackers, in wraps, with salads or simply as a dip.

If you are wondering why I am suddenly sharing and posting a lot more again, there is a good reason 😀 Earlier this year my laptop broke!!! And I couldn’t afford to replace it, which made doing any work online extremely difficult 🙈

Finally, I used some of the funds meant for my run-down cottage 🤣 but f**k it, and bought a second-hand one. So I am back!!!

I was also working flat out for a few months trying to get my home habitable, mostly on my own, with no experience haha. So I didn’t actually have time either. It’s been ridiculously full-on!!! And a bit overwhelming at times 🤪😂

I am thrilled to be productive on my website again, so that I can share delicious, nourishing things with you again.

Thank you HUGELY for being here and sticking with me through the thick and thin, rolling with the ebbs and flows of life. I appreciate it more than you know.

Soooo much more coming!!! My soul is on fire and I am bursting at the seams 🥰

Oh my word this is deeeeelicious 😁It’s my easy baba ganoush recipe.
Have you ever made it? Or eaten it when I’ve served it?
It transforms roasted aubergine (called eggplant in the USA) into a beautifully creamy, smoky eggplant dip with tahini, fresh lemon, garlic and a hint of smoked paprika. It is naturally vegan and gluten-free, and you don’t actually need a flame or outdoor grill to make it!
