Its so amazing, the light within us. How we are each a unique expression of lifeforce. ITs the kind of thing you hear in memes with quaint pictures, but its lovely to drop into the reality of it. The pulse of life, finding unique form in every single being.

It’s still such a potent time.
The extraordinary international pause, whatever we feel about the future, offers so much now.

Its an immense doorway, to breathe fully.

The portal-moment comes from the quiet. Let us choose the best possible world for now and for the future. Choosing in our hearts, loving the potential, is powerful. Choosing without pushing. Theres no need to force.
At the level of choosing, choosing with force can only backfire. This kind of choosing is an out breath.

With warmth, we can let that others are choosing the bright, love, kindness, and fairness in the world for all beings. People are choosing at levels they don’t always feel, deep levels beyond the daily mind.

Allowing the possibility that extraordinary goodness and change emerges from this time feeds it.

Lay your body down....

To celebrate my beautiful newly decorated new treatment room, I'm offering a gorgeous package. During the month of February, you can have 3 one hour shiatsu with starlight energy sessions for £90 (normally £120) or 3 one and a half hour sessions for £140 (normally £180). We plan the three sessions as a set, you can have them however you like within February, once a week or (gasp) one a day for 3 days! or any other order.

Hi there! Thanks for all my recent likes. You know, if starlight healing has caught your interest but you live far from Glastonbury, you can receive a transmission long distance!
Send me a personal message and we can arrange a time and day together. At the time of the session, its good to sit or lie down. You don't need to meditate or quiet your mind, and you can if you want. I bring you the transmission and afterwards we can share by messenger any experiences we like.

I was reminded in a recent session, that so many of us have an ET aspect in a "higher octave" of ourselves. The great beauty, really amazing beauty, and light and intelligence, of so many (maybe all?) people pouring into our physical-emotional-psychological bodies, dissolving our habitual humanity. These ET parts of ourselves, unfettered by modern human burdens, know so well how to live with an organic planet like our own. Its so beautiful! Humanity really is in a chrysalis :)

I’m creating a special blend of Starlight Energy Healing with Shiatsu. Shiatsu is a sensitive, powerful bodywork. Starlight Energy may be given during the bodywork, into bodywork, or it may be its own focus for a time during the treatment. Shiatsu seems open the person to receiving the Starlight Energy more deeply, and ground the emotional and mental shifts throughout the body. The two combined seem to be clearing old emotional blocks for people very quickly, and opening them to feeling much clearer, according to the initial feedbacks.
