.
I've been back from our holiday in Italy for almost a week now, and I'm finally starting to reorganise my thoughts. Two nice weeks, but also challenging on some personal matters. I managed to switch off my brain completely; the heat helped with that. Honestly, it was so hot that very few cells were willing to engage π
It was only after chatting with a couple of friends after returning about the experience, my feelings and impressions, that I realised how much I'd talked about spirituality with different people. I'm so used to talking about it, being my job, that I probably take for granted that everyone does the same. I am wrong π
Upon reflection: I've been bombarded by questions; people just listening to me talk about what spirituality means for me, how we are all intuitive. We all know what is right for us or not, deep down. It's a matter of trusting and learning how to dissolve the conditioning, the fears, the layers that have been impacting us on top of our own personal story and traumas.
Using your own intuition, your own skills and ability more coherently can be helped and developed. I still can see the expression on a friend's wife's face when I said, "You can learn how to use these skills". She looked stunned and incredulous, as if those who work with energy and light are the chosen ones. We are not the chosen; we choose this way of living. And that is why I love what I do, what I teach: helping my clients and students to have the courage to become what they are always meant to be. This is the time!
Words from someone who, the first time they heard about "working with energy," immediately thought of an electrical switch β‘π
So, my question for you: what does spirituality mean to you?
