💜 💜 Free Menopause information evening 💜💜

Just Pause is our new wellbeing group we are setting up.

Initial taster sessions are due on the 18th June and 11th July. As the hall is currently being refurbished, these sessions will be held at The Old Town Hall Function Room.

Morning walk completed and feeling fabulous after an outdoor workout by the sea — nothing like moving your body in the sunshine to start the day strong 💪🌊

Then it was straight into an on‑plan breakfast to keep me fuelled and focused 🍉🥝🍳

Now it’s time to enjoy a well‑earned day by the pool — because this journey is all about balance, joy and feeling good inside and out 💛

Starting my Monday right on plan with a fresh, fruity breakfast that set me up for the day 🍈🥝✨
Now I’m heading out for a lovely walk to soak up the sunshine and get those feel‑good steps in.

And honestly… not a bad view for a Monday morning at all ☀️💚
