Hi Its Debbie Welcome to my Page, I do hope you love the content I share with you . I have been in the Fitness industry 30+ years helping and supporting women transform their bodies their Health, Wellbeing, and improve their mindset which ultimately changes their lives. Being in my late 50's and gone through Menopause I understand how ladies feel Mentally , Physically and Emotionally , So my f

ocus is is to work with these ladies and help them understand the benefits of regular exercise and good nutrition and generally wellbeing. With this in mind I aim to bring fun, energy , support and education into my classes to help you achieve your results . My ladies only classes are taught in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where you feel safe and not judged . I do hope you have the best time in my classes and achieve your goals and dreams to live a long healthy life, living your best life ever!

I currently teach 6 classes a week ,I teach lots of disciplines which include Fitness Pilates , Fitness Yoga Weights 4 Menopause , conditioning , indoor Jog , midsection workouts and much more. This week we are stepping things up—literally 👟 focus is increasing your daily steps and becoming more intentional with movement throughout the day.

A few tips to help them this week

•Set yourself a realistic daily step target
• Go for a walk first thing or after meals
• Take the stairs where possible
• Park further away or add in short walks throughout the day
• Stay accountable by checking in and sharing your progress

This programme is a 8 week programme and the results are always amazing
